    Short on time? This 15-minute daily strength session, live every weekday at 7:45 AM, is your perfect power-up! We focus on short, targeted movements to activate your deep core stabilizers, build upper body strength, and engage hips and glutes. This consistent daily boost is vital for improving posture and maintaining crucial muscle mass as we age, especially for those 40+. Do it solo for focused strength, or as a powerful add-on to the 7 AM Club!
