Wellbeing in the Workplace
Yoga sessions to improve posture, reduce illness and improve overall wellbeing can only benefit your employees in the workplace
Yoga and breath work can help us work our entire body, in a controlled manner, allowing us to build an important awareness of our bodies, which reduces injuries, illness and boosts our immune system. It also allows us to improve our posture, by working our weaker muscles that if left, can lead to muscle imbalance, as we age. This can typically be seen in poor posture in the elderly. Of course, the biggest benefit is the overall wellbeing and clarity of our mind, which is so important right now.
Yoga classes to suit all
All classes are varied and unique, every week. Classes tend to focus on different themes, such as desk yoga, runner's special, restorative yoga; as well as focusing on parts of the body, to build strength and learn proper techniques. These could include, core, arms and shoulders, upper back (great for improving posture), legs, etc. These particular classes allow people to learn a little more about technique, at the same time as having a good workout. There's plenty of detail and clear instructions, and modifications are always provided, so all classes are suitable for all levels, beginners included.
Practicing yoga via Zoom
When we practice yoga in our own space, we feel more comfortable in our skin. We are less conscious of other colleagues around us. We focus our attention to ourselves and our own body's capabilities. It allows us to bring more awareness to our own body, mind and breath, allowing us to really feel and be present in the moment.

Corporate classes /office yoga can be run each week at a set time, via Zoom. These yoga classes can also be recorded and made accessible in an online library for people to catch up on, or even repeat at a time to suit.
Yoga classes can be any length from 45-90 minutes. 50-60 minutes is typical and will allow people to really feel the benefits.
Dedicated team yoga class each week
There’s also the option for your employees to have access to 5 yoga classes/week, so there’s more opportunities to practice. Practicing more than once a week can really help to build progress and incorporate a wellbeing routine into their weekly schedule.
Access more classes every week
Give people more options of times and days to practice yoga, as well as giving them the opportunity to practice more than just once a week. These are mostly evenings but there's also a Wed am and Saturday am class too. Here they'll have access to 5 public classes every week. This option is good, if people want to practice outside of their business hours, especially if they have a lot going on during the day.
3. Employee contribution - Yoga Access All Areas
Similar to option 2, giving access to 5 live classes/week, as well as access to the recorded classes library. It also includes a dedicated 15 minute, 1-2-1 session/month so people can also ask questions, enquire about modifying for an injury, anything etc. on a 1-2-1 basis. This allows for feedback and people feel more inclusive. Many people use it to set their own goals for the month ahead. It also includes a members' area so people can ask questions and get tips and tricks in short form videos.
