How to do a yoga twist

This short How To Video shows you how to move into a twist pose. This yoga pose is called Marichyasana C. This also includes a modified version, so you still feel the benefits of the twist.

Benefits include keeping the spine flexible, mobile and healthy. Improves posture and strengthens the back. Gives your internal organs a good squeeze which can aid digestion.
