Restorative Yin Yoga

That’s right! There’ll be a restorative Yin Yoga session running on Wednesday 16th December for 90 mins.


Yin Yoga, is where we take some time to get into a posture and stay in it for 3-5 minutes. The poses are typically seated and focus on opening up the hips. This will be a much needed restorative session, so light some candles, grab a blanket and get yourself comfortable. Lots of focus on deep breathing for this one. A great way to unwind and release emotions.
