Feedback 15 min Yoga Drills:
"Tough but great! I love that it remains firmly bedded in yoga and will work towards improving postures. And, as always, your careful guidance to ensure we practice safely even at this intensity is much appreciated. It was excellent to have the session led as it is easier to slack off when you do it yourself; and keeping to the minute pushes the strength well." Sarah

"15 min Core drills is a great way to start the morning and I feel ready to start my day after doing them. It’s great that you give us graded alternatives for each drill to make them easier or harder!" Gill

"The 15 min workout is a good kick start to the day. Started feeling the benefits already, esp in the hip flexors and a little bit less burning in the core!" Phil
