The 21 day wellbeing series

What’s in store for 2024

We’re stepping into the New Year with a 21-day wellbeing series, hosted by myself, along with friends, at the wonderful outside space that is The Walled Garden School. With a variety of different wellbeing events to get you started on the right foot. Come to one event or a few or even sign up for the lot!


These wellbeing events will take place Friday through to Sunday across 3 weekends, starting from 5th January. Choose from the following: 


Weekend 1

Fri 5 Jan - Yoga, breath and meditation - with Emma  
Sat 6 Jan - Cold water swim / dip with Sheena
Sun 7 Jan - Yoga stretch and group run - with Emma and Josh


Weekend 2

Fri 12 Jan - Yoga, breath and meditation - with Emma
Sat 13 Jan - Learn how to give an Indian Head massage with Julie
Sun 14 Jan - Yoga stretch and group run - with Emma and Josh 

Weekend 3

Fri 19 Jan - Yoga, breath and meditation - with Emma
Sat 20 Jan - Healthier cooking with Emma and Head Chef, Adam
Sun 14 Jan - Yoga stretch and group run - with Emma and Josh
