  • YES! Absolutely! Guidance is provided throughout to help you modify to make each exercise easier, if you need to. As you progress and start to get stronger and fitter; modifications are also provided to make it harder. We have triathletes joining us everyday!

  • A selection of 15 minute classes can be accessed whenever you want at a time to suit you, whether it’s early in the morning, last thing at night or before your lunch.

  • Unlike other core building exercises, these are designed with an imbalance of core to lower back strength in mind. Emphasis is given on those with an already tighter lower back with instructions on how to further prevent lower back pain.

  • YES! Absolutly, it’s one membership per household so feel free to get everyone to join in! Even your kids and pets!
