Happy New Year!

Here’s to an exciting 2022, we hope, for everyone! I’m excited to be back after a little break and ready for what this year will bring. This year brings some BIG birthdays for some of our yoga folks too!

The February Weekend Yoga Retreat is almost upon us and plans and preparation are well underway. I’m excited to see you all and host a weekend retreat again. It’s been so long! If you’re booked on, don’t forget to complete your questionnaire, which was sent out last week.

The Weekend Wild Swim and Yoga Retreats, in June and September are also booking up fast, with only a few spots left on the June dates. We’ll be having cake at this one for sure as there’s at least 4 big birthdays! Yay!

Yin Yoga is back for a one-off special in Chester THIS Wednesday, 12th January. It’s super chilled and restorative, with a focus on the breath. If you’re new to yoga, or a complete beginner this is a great way to get started. And if you’re a month pass member, it’s half price too.

Physical classes are back this week, starting tomorrow morning, Tuesday 11th January, 9:45am at New Brighton Community Centre, near Mold. Jaunty Goat yoga sessions are also back too and you can now book on for January, February and March sessions.
