Yin Yoga for the ultimate indulgence

Join us for this one-off, 2 hour, restorative Yin Yoga session on Wednesday 12 January, 6-8pm at Susan Kitchen Aesthetics, Linenhall House, Chester.

In Yin Yoga we take some time to get into a posture and stay in it for 2-3 minutes. The poses are typically seated or lying down and focus on opening up the hips, the chest and gently stretching the spine. This could be a much needed restorative session so layer up, grab a blanket or cushion and get yourself comfortable. Lots of focus on deep breathing for this one. A great way to unwind and release pent up emotions.
