Yoga and Wild Swimming Retreat Weekend - June & September 2022

Join us for this wonderful, relaxing and indulgent Yoga Weekend and Wild Swimming Retreat in the beautiful, rural countryside of North Wales.

This intimate weekend retreat, surrounded by nature will allow you to spend some time on yourself. The weekend provides a good balance of yoga, delicious plant-based food and drinks and stunning accommodation that will allow you to recharge, relax and reinvigorate yourself. And if that doesn’t do the trick, then the cool wild swim certainly will!

Our Yoga Weekend will include a variety of 4-5 yoga classes and workshops; 5 delicious, plant-based, healthy meals and snacks, as well as the peaceful and relaxing accommodation in a luxury glamping bell tent on a completely eco-run nature retreat in North Wales.

The yoga

With a good variety of yoga classes and workshops, you’ll develop your practice and learn some new tips to benefit your yoga practice. This weekend is suitable for all levels, with modifications provided for beginners and advanced yogis alike. The focus is always on the individual's body type and addresses muscle imbalance that naturally occurs in our bodies as we age.

Wild Swimming

Saturday afternoon is left free for you to explore the area or if you fancy something a little different, you can experience a wild swimming session, guided by a local Wild Swimming Expert, who will guide you on safety and the ever-growing list of benefits to the body.

The food

Plant-based, whole foods and drinks are provided for the whole weekend so you don’t have to lift a finger. The menu is carefully planned out and designed to provide you with the energy and nutrition your body needs. A focus on plant diversity is the theme for the menus to kickstart a healthy microbiota / healthy gut, which is important for a healthy and robust immune system.

The accommodation

You’ll be staying in a luxurious glamping bell tent, with 2 single beds or a double on request. Of the 5 bell tents, which sleep two people, one bell tent can hold 4 people if a group/family wants to come along. Each yurt has a log burner to keep you toasty in the evening, should you need it. The whole nature retreat is fully sustainable and eco-friendly, with only running water to the site. Clever solar lighting and phone chargers are provided to ensure you feel completely at one with nature. Hot showers are available on site with just a short walk from your bell tent. Each bell tent has a compostable toilet to the side, as well as an outdoor, undercover kitchen so you can help yourself to teas/coffees, snacks, etc.
