Indulge in a little ‘you time’

Yoga Weekend Retreat Oct 2021

We're getting excited for the mid-October weekend yoga retreat in rural mid-Wales. It's such a beautiful quiet spot and for most of us, is exactly what we need right now.

The retreat venue is just 1 hour, 45 minutes from Chester, near the town of Machynlleth and consists of a beautiful farmhouse, which sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms and two accompanying converted barns, which sleeps 4-5 people in each. All set in sweeping countryside for the ultimate, peaceful weekend retreat.

Just across from the converted barns, there's another converted barn where the yoga takes place. There'll be 5 yoga sessions in total, with a mix of classes for all levels to properly stretch, to relax, to work a little harder and to pick up some great techniques in some more detailed workshops. It's a small enough group of people that you'll get to meet and make some great friends, as well as benefiting from some 1-2-1 time to learn more specific yoga tips and techniques for yourself.

Wholesome, healthy, plant-based food is provided for the whole weekend to keep your energy levels high and ensure you're being kind to your body on the inside. We're focusing on a real range of plant diversity throughout each meal, ensuring each is packed with nutrition, high in fibre and of course, delicious and good for you.

We have a mixed group at the retreat this year, including mostly individuals, couples, friends and a good mix of males and females. We still have a couple of spaces left so if you're interested in joining us, get in touch so we can discuss your needs, whether you're coming on your own, with friends or as a couple. The options on the website are limited but we can basically tailor make something for you based on what you need, so do get in touch.
