Ashtanga yoga Thursdays are back!

Join our friendly Ashtanga Primary Series yoga class, every Thursday evening 7:30-9pm at The Glynne Arms, Hawarden, Flintshire to feel energised, stronger and gain improved mobility and flexibility. 7:30-9pm. Bring your own yoga mat.

The Ashtanga series follows a set sequence of postures every time. As you become more familiar with the postures, you can start to see development and progress. It is a challenging sequence over 90 minutes, but highly rewarding for those who consistently practice/attend. We believe everyone should have access to yoga and Ashtanga in particular, so this class is guided with modifications provided for beginners and those practicing with injuries, etc. If you’re unsure, drop us an email or text, or call.

THIS CLASS IS HALF PRICE FOR MONTH PASS MEMBERS. PLEASE USE YOUR DISCOUNT CODE.

The yoga class is situated upstairs. As you go through the main front door of The Glynne Arms, turn left and then right up the stairs. Once at the top of the stairs, turn left.

We will also be online for this class for month pass members who can’t make the physical class too.
