Join live posture-enhancing yoga classes

Access 5x live posture-enhancing yoga classes every week, designed to improve posture and build strength in naturally weaker muscles in the body to address and correct muscle imbalance.   

Including: 

  • Chest-opening classes to increase testosterone and boost inner confidence

  • Hip-opening and strengthening to improve flexibility and reduce back pain 

  • Leg and hip flexor strengthening helping to reduce aches and pains

  • Core strength and balancing with feet correction techniques 

  • Back-strengthening sessions, safely designed for different body types, including people who suffer with lower back problems 

  • Upper body and shoulder sessions to reduce neck pain and address tight, sore shoulders

  • All sessions include breathwork techniques to increase awareness of the mind and body connection; reducing stress and improving sleep quality

With classes changing each week, you’ll work your body and learn new techniques to improve week on week. All live classes are run via Zoom.

Short, 15 min core-focused classes

Join 5x LIVE 15 minute, weekday core-strengthening classes to start the day right and build your inner strength.

These 15 minute sessions also cover upper body strength, quads and glute work; as well as the main focus of abs, deeper core muscles and upper back strengthening for improved posture.

Variety of classes to access anytime

Access a variety of classes, anytime, to suit you, with 50 regularly updated videos to consistently challenge your body and brain!  

Your personal journey explored and developed

Initial 15 minute consultation to discuss your personal needs and goals. As well as a once monthly session to continually progress your goals and needs.

Half price physical yoga classes

Take the opportunity to check in, in-person with regular weekly, half price physical classes in Hawarden or Chester

The Good Food Yogi

Emma Garland is founder of The Good Food Yogi and North Wales Yoga Retreats; a hugely successful Yoga and Wellness Brand, transforming the wellness of hundreds of members across the world for almost 10 years.

Qualifying in her 200 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in 2013, Emma continues to develop her own practice, whilst enhancing her knowledge and teacher training experience; Emma is now recognised as Senior Yoga Teacher and Approved Coach with the UK Yoga Alliance Professionals body.

Emma delivers weekly online and physical yoga classes; informative workshops; bi-annual weekend retreats and workplace wellness on a weekly basis to her hugely popular, ever-growing community. As part of the wellbeing experience, Emma shares insightful knowledge of her plant-based/vegan experience, through fun, hands-on cookery workshops, as well as cresting the complete plant-diverse experience at her popular, sell-out weekend retreats.
