1 min Yoga-based Core Drill to build core strength - this one also builds strength in the hip flexors, as well as the core.

Week 1 has gone down a storm so far! Just 15 mins each morning to build the heat, keep moving and get the core, upper body, glutes and hip flexors strong! Short enough to squeeze in, in the morning and long enough to get the heart-rate going! This will certainly wake you up!
