Understand your body - online workshop

I finally understand what’s going on with my aches and pains! Thank you so much for such an insightful workshop. I’m just amazed! I’m already putting the theory into practice and it’s made such a difference already! Thank you SOOOOOO much!

How well do you really know your own body?

Thanks for such a useful workshop - after doing yoga for years and struggling with some poses but not knowing why or how to fix it, this answered SO many questions. Also inspired me to get back into yoga again, been slack during lockdown and it’s showing!

Just some of the comments back from the popular workshop about body types, differences and muscle imbalance. This workshop is now available online, to watch in your own time. It's theory based with some minimal practice and suitable for non-yogis too, who just want to understand what is really going on in our bodies.

It can explain and help you understand common aches and pains like typical neck, shoulder and lower back pain, to why you have super tight hamstrings and can't touch your toes. Most importantly, it explains simply what you need to do, to correct these aches and pains.

For regular-going yogis, it helps you understand your body type and what muscles you need to be focusing on more than others to help you gain strength and flexibility. You could be doing the same pose over and over, without understanding why and if it's best for your body type. It can help you step up a level in terms of your knowledge and ability.

What a brilliant session! So informative. I really enjoyed it and found it so useful.
