We’re Recruiting: Holistic Practitioners
We’re looking for two or more, highly experienced, professional holistic practitioners to offer their skilled services at a bespoke, luxury, mini festival weekend in North Wales. There are 5 weekends in total and you can apply to attend and work one weekend or all 5, depending on your availability and services.
Ideally, you’ll have a variety of holistic skills or one highly-skilled niche service that’s hard to beat! You’ll be on hand, onsite in our dedicated wellbeing space, alongside another practitioner, with a different skill set. Our high-end guests are looking to enjoy a relaxing but invigorating weekend with nature, in this unique and stunning location in North Wales. Our guests can come to you for that extra little treat, as the highlight of their weekend!
Availability
Although we mention weekends, please note you’ll need to be available to set up on the Friday morning, ready for guests’ arrival early afternoon/evening. Guests typically leave on Monday by noon, so you won’t be able to leave until Monday afternoon.

Friday 7th - Monday 10th July 2023

Your Services
We’re looking to have two holistic practitioners available at each weekend, in our dedicated wellbeing space, to offer their services as an extra little treat to our high-end guests. We’ll make sure that the two practitioners, working side by side, have different skills so as not to compete with one another.
Services can be varied and we’d prefer to have good mix of typical practices as well as some more niche and perhaps a little unusual.
Your Earnings
At each festival guests can access and enjoy a variety of live music, workshops; like crafts, screen printing and whittling, as well as outdoor activities; like yoga and wild swimming. Food is also included in their stay, with well-known chefs hosting special outdoor dining experiences. These are all inclusive to guests.
The holistic sessions will be an extra little luxury that guests can pay extra for.
The 5 Festivals typically sell out early and hold 100 - 150 guests per weekend. The Wellbeing space will be promoted in marketing prior to the festivals as well as promoted during each festival.
We’re also looking for our confident, holistic practitioners to promote their services, in a ‘workshop’ style talk. The more useful this is to our guests the more that are likely to attend. This could be 10-15 minutes introduction to breathwork or looking at the benefits of your particular skills. This ‘talk’ will ultimately lead to early bookings from guests for the weekend.
As a committed and sustainable, bespoke ‘Festival‘ brand, it’s our ethos to source locally and build loyal relationships with our partners.
Based on previous festivals, you will have the opportunity to earn £800+ per weekend!
The above earnings is dependent on your pricing, availability and number of sessions you can do during the weekend. We are happy to discuss the arrangements further to suit both parties.
Please note travel and mileage expenses are not covered on this occasion, so local to Flintshire would be preferable. Overnight accommodation can be included if you’re happy to travel, but please note this will only include a pitch within the staff campsite. You will need to bring your own tent and equipment.
During the weekend festivals, you’ll be required to:
Take bookings and schedule guests in for your services
Bring all your own equipment to complete the services - e.g. bed, oils, etc.
Promote your skills and services to guests to encourage them to book
Give a short 10-15 min ‘workshop talk’ to guests
Be available and onsite to set up on Friday morning and be off site Monday afternoon
Be able to work alongside another practitioner (with different skills)
Withhold a professional manner at all times, even when in other areas of the festival site
Respect and represent the ‘Festival’ brand at all times
The Wellbeing Space
The Wellbeing space will have two large bell tents which will be clearly signposted and decorated externally in line with the festival.
What we’ll supply:
Your own individual bell tent for your services
A dedicated, signposted, wellbeing area for guests to visit
Marketing of your services before and during the festivals
Free parking
Breakfast can be purchased onsite for £7 and dinner for £15 each day (or bring your own)
