Outdoor Yoga at Hawarden Farmshop

We’re back outdoors at Hawarden Farmshop at the end of July.

Join us for a lovely gentle, Hatha Yoga outdoor class at the beautiful Hawarden Estate Farm Shop on Sunday 31st July, 3-4pm.

This class is outdoors and in the beautiful surroundings of the Hawarden Estate.

We’ll enjoy a full hour of Hatha yoga, in the great open outdoors. It’s a really gentle session, so suitable for all abilities and ages and complete beginners too. Children are welcome too, as long as accompanied by an adult.

This Yoga Class coincides with their Monthly Farmers Market which takes place from 10am-3pm so why not come a little earlier and check out the gorgeous goodies and treats on offer. If you’ve never been to the Farm Shop at all before, it’s also a real treat. A full deli, brand new bakery, cafe for yummy lunches and a gift shop. Well worth a mooch!

The Yoga Session is weather permitting so fingers crossed for some gorgeous sunshine. If the class has to be cancelled, it will be announced on the Facebook page so please check that beforehand if you’re unsure.

Please bring your own yoga mat or towel and wear comfortable clothes. If it’s really hot and sunny, sunscreen is advisable. We will be on the grass so if you don’t have a mat, a blanket or towel will suffice.
